Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome, subject to room availability.
What is the cost for an additional person?
₱1,500 per additional head.
What are the occupancy limits per villa?
Villa Lorenzo accommodates two persons per room (one baby aged 1 or below is permitted; no extra beds). Other villas' capacities are listed on their pages.
What facilities do you offer?
A nature pool, private pools, a playground, and a café/restaurant with dining and room delivery.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — we are pet-friendly. Villa Kalia and Villa Eli allow up to 2 pets; Villa Lorenzo allows one per room. A ₱1,500 per-pet sanitation fee applies, and pets wear diapers during the stay.
Are your prices negotiable?
No — all published rates are fixed.
Is there an incidental deposit?
Yes — ₱5,000 for Villa Kalia and Villa Eli, and ₱3,000 per room for Villa Lorenzo.
What do I need at check-in?
A valid ID. Your details stay personal and private.
Can I cook at the resort?
Cooking isn't permitted, but you're welcome to bring cooked food. An outdoor grilling station is available — bring your own charcoal.
Do the villas have Wi-Fi?
Yes, every villa has Wi-Fi.
What are your modes of payment?
Cash, GCash, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, LandBank, or Metrobank.
Do you have parking?
Yes, parking is available.

What venues do you offer for events, and at what rates?
The Grand Pavilion is ₱49,000 and the Garden Venue starts at ₱29,000. Nature's Pool is ₱250 per head, and our All-in Events Package is ₱299,000. Every venue booking includes a dedicated generator and a basic sound system.
What does the Basic Package include?
₱1,000 per head: a structured program flow, minimum 3-hour event, and a curated menu — adaptable to weddings, birthdays, debuts, baptisms and holiday parties.
How is the Elegant Package different?
₱2,500 per head: the Grand Pavilion as your venue, complimentary setup, and three curated menu sets. Bookings of 100+ guests receive a complimentary wine bottle, single-layer cake, and a free Bridal Suite.
How are kids charged at events?
Guests 3 ft and below enjoy a 50% discount.
Can you host company events?
Yes — send your expected headcount, duration, food preferences, program flow and seminar type, and we'll tailor a quotation.
What is the cancellation policy for events?
Cancellations require 45 days' notice before the event; terms and conditions with penalty/refund details are available on request.
